Refund & Exchange

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at sales@dilia.com.au to request for a return authorization (ra) form. Please fill out all the details needed with clear information of reasoning for the return.


We highly suggest using a secured shipping & postage method when returning the items, as we do not take responsibility for these items until we have received the product. We also recommend using an Australian postage method to track the parcel. DILIA Investment Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Costs of return shipping are to be paid by the customer, unless the item or items was delivered faulty.

Once the item is received we will proceed with approval of return including inspection of garment as specified in the RA form. You will be notified via email to the address listed on the account & refund will be returned within 10 days to the original account the purchase was made from. Please keep in mind; your banking institution may require additional days to proceed with the completion of return.

Please find the conditions of refund or exchange:
» We offer a 10 days return policy, beginning of the date when you receive your item & the merchandise must be return within the 10 days time frame
» Items purchased on sale are final with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
» We will not accept any returns that are not in its original condition as purchased including designer tags, intact with the original attachment methods.
» Returns will not be processed for any items that have been worn, altered, washed, soiled, with any kind of smell or odour.
